As I wrote earlier today, we had a match against --> arrows tonight. it ended with a 22-16 win for us. First we played arrows' map (map2) where ZozzE was the shit, and shot everything that came in his way. Then we played our map (map7) where UnWanted came through with a good game. That means, that we are DOGL champs, for the 5th time out of 8 seasons. thats pretty impressive, eh ? HERE is a complete list of our games in DOGL. Sunday, November 28, 2004 @ 18:14 - by [7th]Doomhammer The #8th DOGL season started very good for us, we have played 3 matches so far one against TEC, Team Pulse and RTL. 3 wins in three games, and tonight we're playing against arrows. The first match against TEC was won 22-9. First map (our choice) was map 3 and 2nd map was map 10. second match against Team Pulse ended 22-15. They chose map11 and again we took map3. And finally we won 22-6 against RTL. First we played our home map (map3 ofcourse) and they chose map13. GG you guys, it was fun. So now we're hoping to take the last win against arrows tonight. A new season is on the way, and this year we are signed to play DOGL, and since we won the #7th season, we have a good chance again this year. We've been thinking about signing SRA3L If the guys are ready for it !. We dont know how many leagues we are going to play this year, because of all the inactivity on the scene, but lets just wait and see what happens. Qaz is ready to frag some fuckers again, so now we're ready to play 4on4 leagues. The newest members ZeriuM and Xanon have become inactive, so we have to take a new member in, if we are going to sign the 5on5 cups. Furthermore: since none of the guys have been thinking of doing anything new to this site, dermetz asked if she could update it, both news and clanwars. So now there is going to be more news, and more about the clanwars we play, when the season starts. We are looking forward to see what this season, can bring us. Clan Updates Friday, March 12, 2004 @ 22:56 - by [7th]Kenix Member Gained This week we gained yet another member to the family, this time it is ZeriuM, another player from the now inactive clan Cyborgs, and also playing for TeamDK. Welcome m8 in the 7th shirt. Match updates SRA3L we played team Pulse, and ended up with a draw, using there swede style and it seemed to work. Next we played Flawle55 from Norway, this match ended up with a massive win to us. Last SRA3L match so far was versus BLAASJE, this match also ended up as a win to the chapter. CLANBASE, this week we played 2 CB opencup matches, these was versus, German aYb, and Swedish Gro0ve, both matches ended up with a win to us. last but not least we played sum matches in the swedish league Gaming Nations, started out with beating n0b, and sum other clans, but now i have to admit we lost versus the swedish team Oldschool, we still have a chance to advance to the playoffs if we win the remaining matches. This sunday we will play two DOGL matches, first against CTRL, then after vs ics' stay tuned for updates. Friday, November 14, 2003 @ 16:51 - by [7th]Doomhammer The SRA3L playoffs started out just fine with a 22-14 victory against arrows and our next opponent would be the finnish topclan deluxe. Yesterday we played this match and lost it 11-10, 11-7. As you can see in this match report the starplayer were unfortunately not good enough to pull the entire 7th team through this match, and we will be out of the SRA3L. So to the rest of the 7th team; for your consideration -> keep praccin' and the results might come some day.. :)) Now we dont have any more leagues to play in since were out of the Clanbase Eurocup as the best danish team, and very close to the playoffs. This match was the last of the season, meaning with 4 wins we would be this season winner, ics' took home our map ra3map3 11-9, giving us a pretty weird situation loosing homemp. Turn came to ra3map7, ics's choice, this map was unbelievable quick map, and with a quick 11-4 lead, and a match in under 30 mins, Giving us the victory. Eurocup versus reverend in a really exiting match Thursday, October 09, 2003 @ 00:28 - by [7th]Kenix Once again it was time to play one of the group matches in the EC8 cup, this time it was against swedish reverend, they recently showed how to beat EK in another EC game. no map search, streight into the game, a really exiting map2, behind 10-9 and still managed to win the 2 last rounds in 2 cool 1on1 situations. Map9 was a totaly different story, all rushed to top, and we lost 11-8, only took about 10 minutes. This means we had to play 10 rounds on each server. After a map elemination we ended up playing map8, total score here was 11-9 for us. So a 2-1 victory. Must say this was the best war ive played for a really long time. GG reverend. It started out quite nice for us, but lost some stupid rounds. Anyway we won both maps and the hope for a playoff spot remains, GG Psyko. The macth took place on a swedish server, and to win we would have to win two maps, due to best of three. DSky chose their ra3map11, and we picked ra3map3. He has proven himself by showing some impressive gameplay over the last couple of month and not to forget his place in the Danish national team in RA3. For all of you wondering why we always run The Chapter with so few members; we have always had few active members who were playing the clanwars, to get the optimal teamplay. Im sure UnWanted will fit into this teamplay quite nicely. In the old days we lived by a rule, that no more than 7 members are to be in the Chapter. This rule actually were a fact for 3-4 years, and it is to some extend the reason why we always come out on top, as the same team plays every clanwar. But as time passed and some got inactive, we had to move the rule only to the active section, because were all still part of "the family". 7th for life.... We've lost quite a few matches lately, some bigger than others, some very unfortunate, but it all adds up to a pretty messy record for this spring. Tonight we played the finnish topclan Adept in the Premier league of opencup RA3 with a 20-15 victory... This is a great revenge for us, since Adept knocked us out of the SRA3L playoffs. Playoff match report here. This also demonstrates that HuzlaR is back on the track replacing Saturation eventhough he just got tossed into this match with no prac for months. Losty and Saturation leaves The Chapter... Monday, February 10, 2003 @ 19:11 - by [7th]Doomhammer After a long period of no changes in the ranks of 7th Chapter we quite suddenly get some changes. I think its almost 1 year since we took in Kenix, who has proven to be a nice player, and even longer since we lost members; was when we about 2-3 years ago let go of Schugi. Now were gonna let go of 2 members, one inactive (Losty) and one active (Saturation). Losty was never really into the RA3 mod of Quake3 and will be playing TDM in the future. Saturation has joined the danish RA3 clan arrows. For those who are wondering whats the reason for this? - I can only say: Losty got the famous line "Kan du ikke godt selv mærke det da?" (in english: "You were'nt able to feel this comming?") hehe... Saturation has been playing for quite some clans at the same time (induce, Psyko, spks, and so on...) which never has been a thing members of The Chapter do. The spirit has always been ONE clan - you are always available when pcws/cws are to be played - "the family comes first" - and so on... :) Best of luck in the future to the two guys who has been part of The Chapter for a long time... Tonight we have our first Clanbase match versus Adept, who knocked us out of the SRA3L playoffs, so it will be a pretty interesting match. The member situation from now on will be, that Qaz and HuzlaR are active again, and if that wont be enough we will take in a new member... time will tell... SRA3L playoffs!! Thursday, January 23, 2003 @ 00:01 - by [7th]Doomhammer First of all, SRA3L has been idle for quite some time now, eventhough the poules were played, and playoffs were about to begin... We got in 3rd in our poule which should not grant us playoff participation, BUT since alot of the clans who was to play has shut down, they had to fill in some spots. A big discussion about this has been on the SRA3L forum, with the conclusion, that we were the best fitting clan to enter. We did so, and have had our first playoffmatch against Clan Armageddon. The match arrangements went very smoothly with no server whining at all. We played ra3map11 at our server in denmark, with the close outcome of 11-10 in our favor, and ra3map3 on their server. On their server there were some waiting due to connection fails among the Clan Armageddon players. But the score was settled at a 11-8 victory. A good thing because we by this, are proven worthy of the playoff spot given. Hopefully we will do as well agains Adept, who will be our next opponent in the playoffs. Friday, November 29, 2002 @ 10:42 - by [7th]UnWanted Last night we played the final game of the 3rd season of DOGL RA3 versus Arrows. Both of us were undefeated in our 6 first games, and due to a better round difference Arrows needed to win to become champions, while we just needed a draw to secure it. Arrows picked map2 as always and we decided to play defensively to secure most rounds as possible. The game was long and campy, and Arrows got a 6-2 and 7-3 lead when we decided we had to attack more. This helped and the score was suddenly 7-7. Arrows then won two rounds in a row making it 9-7 in their favour, before we got the upperhand again and won 4 rounds in a row, winning the map 11-9 after 79 minutes of camping/playing/peeing/sh*tting/:) We picked map13, which we have won quite easy during other matches we've had in this season in DOGL. We agreed before start of map that we would play aggresively and attack all the time, and this paid off. We got a quick 4-0 lead before Arrows could win a round, before we took 4 more rounds getting a 8-1 lead. One more round would secure us the championship, but we took 3 more, winning the map 11-3, and the match 22-12. Good games Arrows and to all the other teams in the division. CoE could only manage to field 3 players, so we allowed them to use a substitute. Former -XM- player Xanon subbed and was probably their best player in a match we dominated from start. We won their map, map11, with 11-3. Got a quick 4-0 lead, then CoE decided to regroup at visor courtyard instead. We won another 3 rounds before CoE won their first. On our map, map13, we regrouped at dead hallway and inside room, while CoE mostly regrouped at roof area or flag room. We never lost a round and won the map 11-0 and the match 22-3. On thursday @ 21:00 we play the final game vs Arrows. This match will decide who wins the 3rd DOGL championship. Maps will be map2 and map13. Match report CB 1/4-final vs. pd. Monday, November 11, 2002 @ 12:14 - by [7th]HuzlaR Last night we played Pointless Destruction in our Clanbase 1/4-final. We knew it was going to be a tough game, but we felt quite confident, since it is best of 3 maps in the playoffs. We won our own map as predicted (map13), the score was 11-7. Second map was worse. We were forced to change to a swedish server, which was running sv_fps 30 (not exactly standard on most servers). pd is very strong on their homemap and changing servers made it even tougher, so we just wanted the map to end, so we could go at it on a third map. We let pd win 11-0 on the second map (map2). But they did play very well. Third map (still on swedish server): map7. Lots of settingproblems, threw our game. We were on a roll but the game was interupted when we led 10-8 because of false round settings. This gave pd a few minutes break to retalk tactics and it worked. they won the last 3 rounds because of that. We honestly didnt know much about inz before the match, I only think we have had one pcw against them in the past and as I remember it we had some problems with them, so we went in heads first and was hoping for a secure win on this one. RAmap3 was the forced homemap of inzomnia and after a 2-0 lead to them we made it back and won the map 11-2. RA3map13, our homemap we started out in dead hallway and inz at roof area. We started to attack roof area and gained a couple of rounds so we just kept attacking out there and after some time it was 11-3 in our favor. We won first map 11-1 and then Adept didn't want to play anymore, so we got a default win on their map. Final score: 22-1. Clanbase has no report since Adept decided to leave the league shortly after the game was played, but here is a screenshot of the map we did manage to play. CB vs. CA Saturday, October 19, 2002 @ 17:29 - by [7th]HuzlaR Thursday we met Clan Armageddon in Clanbase. The game had been rescheduled 3 times, but we finally managed to get it played. CA chose map6 and we took map13. We started out on map13 on TNX. CA shafted us to death with their ultra low pings, so we only managed to win 8 rounds on our own map. Not at all what we had expected. Map6 was played on BT, so both teams had even pings on this map. What seemed like an impossible mission started out great, and we got a comfortable lead early in the match. In the end we won map6 pretty big. Final scores: map13: 8-11 and map6: 11-3. Total score: 19-14. Clanbase has a short report. Danish Online Gaming League started out fine... Thursday, October 17, 2002 @ 13:15 - by [7th]Doomhammer Last night we had our first match in this seasons DOGL against Increators and it turned out just fine, eventhough the new point release 1.32 from id software kinda suck. Some of us have started to play alot of Battlefield 1942, and we are hoping for this game to become a good online teamplay game, because we are getting a little bored with Rocket Arena 3 and need something new. The new PR is also very disappointing with the lag and high pingtimes. Punkbuster seems to be ok, eventhough cheats already are available for it. This SRA3L season seem to have ended for us as we might end up third in our poule, due to a draw match against Vandals in motion. The match details can be viewed here. There is though a little hope of going to the playoffs, if the last matches turn out in our favor. Clanbase vs. Cross Monday, September 30, 2002 @ 13:39 - by [7th]HuzlaR What a game! Last night we met Cross in the first Clanbase match of the season. We knew this was going to be a tough fight, but not this tough. We agreed to play on a swedish server, which was running sv_fps 30. Not exactly our cup of tea, but we were up for the challenge. Cross chose map11 and it was a short game with lots of raping in the tower. End result: 11-8 in their favor. We've been playing map13 a lot lately as homemap, but decided to go for map3 for a change. It turned out to be a close and fairly long match this time. Cross actually almost had the match, as they tied us for 7-7 after we had lost quite some rounds even though we were 2on1 and 3on1 often. Smekt by n0bs destroyed our statistics Friday, September 27, 2002 @ 18:36 - by [7th]UnWanted Last night Smekt by n0bs destroyed our nice statistics. In the past 5 seasons of SRA3L we have never lost a group match. After winning this seasons first 2 matches in the group, we got battered last night. 4-11 and 7-11 map wins on map1 and map13 gave the victory to 'n0b. Stats can be seen here. Our next match is against Vandals in Motion, another clan who is undefeated in the group. The winner of that match will probably advance to playoffs, depending on the result between 'n0b and vim. Sra3l vs Nova Saturday, September 14, 2002 @ 15:55 - by [7th]HuzlaR This Thursday we met Nova in our second Sra3l match of the season. We knew this was going to be a tough fight because Nova has done pretty well lately and they have a strong team. After quite some problems finding fair servers, we agreed to play first map on MDH (shaking swedish server) and second map on our own Discplanet server. Map11 (their map): Playing on a shaky server takes some getting used to, I think this was the reason we really took a beating in the beginning of the game. We got behind 6-1 and were pretty desperate, but somehow managed to get back to 7-7 after some strong individual performances. The map ended 11-8 in favor of Nova. Map13 (our map): We got to 5-3 without much hassle, but then the server decided to crash (first time ever, but bad timing). As we got back on the server and started to play, we got occasional serverlag. It sucked hard, but since both teams got it, we decided to just finish the game. Tuesday, September 03, 2002 @ 12:15 - by [7th]HuzlaR So last night we replayed map13 from last weeks Sra3l game vs. s'. We expected s' to play extremely defensive because they had to keep us below 7 rounds to win. So we decided to try the defensive shit as well and were prepared for a long boring match. I had carefully prepared a sixpack, sandwiches and a bucket to piss in, incase we had to play all night. We quickly got the lead by a few round and around the 6-round-mark the game slowed a lot like expected. I personally ran around, for what felt like 40 minutes, in a 1on1 which took so long the other guy's isp closed him down for a brief moment for excessive idling. When I shot the bastard while he was timing out, the whining began (hey, I don't make the rules). Some bitching later, we won the map 11-4. I'm sorry s', you lost even bigger than the first time. First Sra3l match of the season Wednesday, August 28, 2002 @ 08:56 - by [7th]HuzlaR We played s' (Boondock Saints) last night in the first Sra3l match in the new season. We've met them before in a pcw so we knew they were quite good. s' picked map8 and we stuck to map13, which has been quite good for us lately. Map8 was over pretty fast with a score of 11-7 in our favor, nothing special to report here. Map13 was somewhat slower because s' had to win this map to win the game. at 6-6 the game almost paused for 15 mins, as s' tried to win the deciding rounds. s' got to 7-6 but then we charged like mad and won the remaining rounds, making the final score: 11-7 once again. Final score: 11-7 11-7 Update: s' apparently decided to demand a rematch on our map because the settings were wrong, tsk tsk. BRING IT ON!! Map13 will be played this upcoming monday at 2100. b8Cup - last groupmatch Monday, August 19, 2002 @ 21:01 - by [7th]HuzlaR Last night we played our last groupmatch in b8Cup against ! (exclamation). This game was going to decide the winner of our group and we had no idea what we were up against... so we decided to release hell! Hehe, no seriously, we just tried our best and it turned out great. ! chose map6 which is the absolute suck map of all ever made (I actually like map2 better than this one!). Boring summerseasons Friday, August 09, 2002 @ 23:04 - by [7th]HuzlaR Well, both dots and 3V have shut down. This leaves only 3 teams in DOGL DivA; 2 games is all we got this season. We lost 20-19 to Newborn in the beginning of the season which cost us 1st place. A damn depressing 2nd place is what we managed this time, but I'm sure we will get our revenge next season, which hopefully also will bring more games. In b8Cup we were scheduled to play induce this week but we ended up getting a WO. induce didn't want to play one game on a danish server and one on an english server and no alternatives were possible on the set date. I still don't understand why induce didn't just play. So now we have one game left in the groupstage of b8cup. Hopefully we actually get to play it instead of another WO. b8 & DOGL Friday, August 02, 2002 @ 04:07 - by [7th]HuzlaR 2ndG couldn't field a team in our b8Cup match, we even gave them our ok to play 4on4 (league is 5on5), but that didn't help. We got a default win instead, which is quite a shame since we were looking forward to a good game. Next week we face induce in the b8Cup and in DOGL we have a week off before playing dots in week 33. I didn't play so I can't really tell you any snazzy details about the game, but it looks like a fairly safe win judging from the screenshots. Tomorrow we face the dutch 2ndG in the b8Cup. I have no clue what to expect, but I guess we will see tomorrow at 2100. Once again Doomhammer's parents was the hosts (thanks for that), and we had some fun during the 4 days. You can view pictures from the LAN here. Another DOGL season has started and last monday we played against Newborn and got beaten. You can view screens and report at DOGL. Clanbase decided not to have a RA3 Summer Cup. Instead has Clan b8 taken the initiative and arranged a RA3 Summer Fun Cup. We are playing in the cup and got placed in Division A. Last night we played our first match. pSYKo was our opponent and we won the match 19-14, after losing map1 8-11 and then winning map3, 11-3. Last nigth we played Pointless Destruction in the final and we got kinda owned. Pd<< had control of the match from start and won both maps. We won their map (map5) 11-5 and our own map (map3) with 11-10. With a 22-15 victory we're qualified for the quarterfinals in which we play dots. Currently we are playing in 3 leagues: Danish Online Gaming League (DQL) Clanbase RA3 Spring Cup Scandinavian Rocket Arena 3 League Earlier this evening we won our last game in DQL and won the Division A title. With victories in 4 out of 5 matches, only drawing against dots we have secured the trophy for the first time since the first season of RA3 in DQL. Check out the league table here. In Clanbase we just lost the semifinal to eSports.ra3 7-22. Nothing to say, they just played better than us. In SRA3L we have played 2 matches and won 2. And won another on forfeit. Schedule is here.
